Main points: I can be seen by my doctor on short notice and can call her outside of office hours. Her staff is very professional. Her office facilities are very complete and welcoming.

I have been a patient of Dr. Holmes for years and she has always been wonderful to me. I really think the bad reviews should be directed to Baptist Health and the office staff. Dr. Holmes left Baptist Health at the end of December 2021. I am having an acute/painful injury currently and the incompetence and lack of caring is definitely valid; FOR BAPTIST HEALTH. Not Dr. Holmes.

Dr. Holmes has provided me excellent health services for several years. I feel Dr. Holmes gives full support to me. I am 100% satisfied that she is my family doctor.

She personally has called me following a rather serious infection. She has asked about my family and I know her family life. I know she truly cares about me. I'm always greeted with a smile and told it's nice to see you. As I leave, I am told that if I am not better by a certain date to call the office back.

Dr. Holmes is my relatively new doctor, replacing Dr. Michael Carr, whom I revere. So she has large shoes in which to walk . I am very pleased with her ability and her personal approach. I have not been through crises with her but am confident in her ability to deal with them. Her attitude toward her patients and her work with them seems outstanding. Her staff also is very competent and personable. I can enthusiastically recommend Dr. Holmes and her practice.

Dr. Holmes is a great physician and the nurses and office team are extremely caring, responsive, and professional. I appreciate the personalized, above and beyond care experience Dr. Holmes and her staff now provides since moving her practice away from Baptist Health and to the MD VIP program. If you are looking for a compassionate, illness prevention approach to health, you will not be disappointed with her as your healthcare provider.
